• Project inquiries: name, email, optional phone and company, project details, budget range, timeline, reference links and contact preference that you submit through our form.
• Assistant conversations: messages you send to the “Ask XO” assistant, used to generate replies and stored so we can follow up on your project and improve our answers. Please don't share sensitive personal information there.
• Technical data: basic request data such as browser type. For spam and abuse prevention we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates or proposals.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms and assistant.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site — for example hosting, database storage, email delivery and, where enabled, AI model providers (such as Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter or Mistral) that process assistant messages to generate replies. Free AI tiers may use submitted messages to improve their services, so never share sensitive information with the assistant. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the project form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
